There are several paid parking lots available within walking distance to Numerica Veterans Arena. All parking lots require payment. Please follow the posted instructions to pay for lots without an attendant on site. There are no in-out privileges for vehicles during an event. Parking rates may vary per lot.
Drop-Off Locations
Guests being dropped off for events at the Numerica Veterans Arena have two designated drop-off zones:
Lot F on Mallon Avenue, located on the south side of the Arena directly across from the Flour Mill (recommended for vehicles arriving from the west and designated ADA-accessible drop-off zone)
Howard Street, just south of Boone Ave. near the entrance to Lot B (recommended for vehicles traveling southbound on Howard, arriving from the east)
These are the only approved locations for drop-off and pick-up. Drop-offs are not permitted in the Main Arena parking lots directly in front of the venue.
Spokane Transit (STA)
Catch a Spokane Transit shuttle to events at Numerica Veterans Arena! Route 11 conveniently stops right across the street, providing quick access between downtown and the Arena. Additionally, Route 4 services the Arena just a block away to the west, while Routes 27 and 28 serve the east side. Cashless Venue
Our parking, concessions, and merchandise stands are cashless; all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Please Note:We cannot serve alcoholic beverages to patrons presenting vertical ID's.
Security Procedures
All guests will be required to enter through walk-through weapon detectors. Please leave ALL weapons at home, including firearms, knives of any kind, and wallet chains. Re-entry is not allowed.
Clear Bags Only
Guests may carry one clear bag that does not exceed 14” x 14” x 6” in size OR a small non-clear clutch/purse/wallet that does not exceed 6.5″ x 4.5″ in size.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present).
Ticketing
Please open the 'Your Mobile Device Delivery Tickets' email from TicketsWest.com to download your ticket(s) - this is separate from your confirmation email. Be ready to scan your downloaded digital tickets (QR Code) at the point of entry.
Text Assist Program
Report an issue or concern to the Guest Services team during events at Numerica Veterans Arena using our new Text Assist program. Simply text a brief description of the issue along with location details to 509.257.4636 for quick and easy assistance.
Cameras
Guests may bring personal cameras into the Arena as long as they do not have detachable lenses and are small enough to fit in pants pockets unless otherwise specified.
Signs
Handheld signs, banners, and flags may not be larger than 18" x 24". Signs, banners, and flags cannot be mounted to a pole or a stick, include offensive language, be commercial in nature or deemed unsafe by Arena staff.
Merchandise
Merchandise will typically be available inside the building by Section 110 in the Elysian Events Hall and along our SE window wall by Section 120. Please check your Know Before You Go email for event specific information regarding merch locations.
Smoke-Free Venue
Smoking of any kind is prohibited at Numerica Veterans Arena. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and smokeless tobacco.
